摘要
目的探讨自然情景教学(natural environmental teaching,NET)在孤独症儿童康复干预中的应用效果。方法选择24~48月龄孤独症儿童86例,随机分为对照组和NET组各43例。对照组接受常规干预,NET组在常规干预的基础上给予NET为指导的康复干预。采用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)比较每组干预前后及2组疗效。结果2组进行3个月康复训练后,对照组在CARS总分及人际关系、模仿、情感反应、视觉反应方面治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NET组CARS总分及除智力功能外的各项分领域治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NET组CARS总分、情感反应、躯体运动能力、与非生命物体的关系、对环境的变化、视觉反应、听觉反应、焦虑反应、语言交流、活动变化、智力功能、总的印象治疗前后分数差与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NET辅助常规干预较单纯常规干预可以明显改善孤独症儿童的社交互动、感知觉、情感反应、语言交流、智力功能等方面的临床表现。
Objective To explore the effect of NET for intervention on autistic children.Methods Eighty six children with autism were divided randomly into two groups.The control group(n=43)received routine intervention,while on the basis of routine intervention the NET group(n=43)received treatment guided by NET.The childhood autism rating scale(CARS)was used to evaluate the efficacy in two groups before and after intervention and between the two groups.Results After 3 months the program was intervened,the control group showed significant improvement(P<0.05)in interpersonal relationship,imitation,emotional expression and visual response before and after intervention.The NET group showed obvious improvement(P<0.05)in the CARS scores and sub areas of CARS except intelligence function before and after intervention.There were significant differences(P<0.05)in scores before and after intervention in the CARS scores,emotional expression,somatic movement,relationship with inanimate objects,changes to the environment,visual response,auditory response,anxiety reaction,language communication,activity change,intelligence function and overall impression between the two groups.Conclusion Behavioral performance of autistic children can be obviously improved in social interaction,perception and emotional expression,language communication and intelligence function by NET.
