摘要
二战后的三十年,是美国思想文化运动最为丰富的三十年,这期间发生了美国黑人反对种族隔离与歧视,争取民主权力的黑人运动;倡导拥有和男性平等权利,解放女性的美国女权运动;反对战争,力图实现爱与和平的嬉皮士运动;等等。这期间出现的美国后现代文学流派“垮掉的一代”,摒弃了西方资本主义社会的一切固有价值观,企图通过探索对于他们来说神秘的东方文化中的“禅宗”精神去建立起新美国的价值体系和秩序。要了解美国半个世纪以来的文化变迁,就没办法绕过垮掉的一代与其文学流派意识形态里的禅宗精神。
Thirty years after World War II is the most abundant thirty years of American Ideological and cultural movement,during which black American movement against Apartheid and discrimination and for democratic power took place and American feminist movement advocating equal rights with men and emancipating women also occurred.The"Beat Generation"of American postmodern literature schools appeared during this period,rejecting all the inherent values of Western capitalist society,and attempting to establish a new American value system and order by exploring the"Zen"spirit in the mysterious oriental culture for them,To understand the cultural changes of the United States in the past half century,it is impossible to bypass the Zen spirit of the beat generation and its literary school ideology.
