摘要
为了了解物业企业开展社区居家养老服务满意度情况,提高物业开展养老服务水平,采用问卷调查的方式,以安徽省内小区为例,从生活服务、医疗保健、健身娱乐以及基础设施建设四个方面进行分析,发现存在的问题,并从物业企业自身和政府两个视角提出提升养老服务水平的对策,以期望为物业企业开展社区居家养老服务更好更快地发展提供帮助。
In order to understand the satisfaction of community-home-care participated by the property enterprises and improve the level of service,a questionnaire survey was adopted to take the residential area in Anhui province as an example.This paper analyzes the existing problems from the four aspects of life service,medical and health care,fitness and entertainment and infrastructure construction,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the level of endowment service from the perspectives of the property enterprise and the government.It is expected to provide help for property enterprises to participate community-home-care services for the better and faster development.
