摘要
为满足城市文明施工要求,环保科学地处理泥水盾构施工过程中产生的废浆,以上海市江浦路越江隧道新建工程为例,介绍泥水分离结合压滤干化工艺在泥水盾构废浆处理中的应用。实践经验表明,应根据盾构掘进土层实际情况,合理选择设备型号及数量,从而满足泥水盾构施工“废浆零排放”的要求。
To meet the requirements of urban civilized construction,treat the waste slurry produced in the process of slurry shield construction in an environmentally friendly and scientifically way,taking the new project of Jiangpu road cross-river tunnel in Shanghai as an example,the application of slurry separation combined with pressure filtration drying technology in slurry shield waste slurry treatment is introduced.Practical experience shows that the model and quantity of equipment should be selected reasonably according to the actual situation of shield tunneling in the soil layer,to meet the requirements of"zero discharge of waste slurry"in slurry shield construction.
