摘要
了解桑树的耐旱分子机制是选育桑树耐旱品种以及提高产量的关键。本文对桑树响应干旱胁迫应答的蛋白质和基因(包括Shaggy-like蛋白激酶、植物活化C激酶1、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、转录因子、渗透素蛋白),以及非编码单链小RNA(miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)等非编码RNA(ncRNA)的研究进展进行综述,介绍桑树耐旱分子机制的研究现状,并对桑树未来的耐旱分子机制研究提出展望。
Understanding the molecular mechanism of mulberry resistance to drought is the key to breeding drought resistant varieties and increasing yield.In this paper,research progress of mulberry genes and proteins respond to drought stress were reviewed,such as shaggy like protein kinase,plant activated C kinase 1,mitogen activated protein kinase,transcription factor and osmotin.Besides,research progress of non-coding RNA(ncRNA)was also summarized,such as non-coding single stranded small RNA(miRNA)and long non-coding RNA(LncRNA).Then,future research on the molecular mechanism of mulberry resistance to drought was prospected.
