摘要
在某些大型煤矿,皮带机的运煤量可能很大,因此需要设计一种适用于井下且具有防爆功能的大功率皮带机驱动系统。设计了一种双机驱动皮带输送机的驱动装置,包括主电路原理和各电器容量计算、PLC控制电路以及辅助电路设计等。
In some large coal mines,the amount of coal transported by belt conveyor may be very large.Therefore,it is necessary to design a high-power belt conveyor driving system suitable for underground coal mines with explosion-proof function.This paper designs a driving device for a belt conveyor driven by two machines,including the principle of the main circuit and the capacity calculation of each electric appliance,the design of PLC control circuit and auxiliary circuit.
