摘要
在钻井作业过程中,预防井喷、井漏是油气开发亟待解决的重大难题。通过实时监测钻井泥浆罐的液位、泥浆密度、温度等参数,结合现场工况监测的数据进行综合分析和模糊识别,从而自动判断泥浆体积变化量,及时预判井喷、井漏的发生。
In the process of drilling operation,blowout and lost circulation are major problems to be solved in oil and gas development.Through real-time monitoring of liquid level,mud density,temperature and other parameters of drilling mud tank,combined with the data of on-site condition monitoring for comprehensive analysis,fuzzy identification,automatic judgment of mud volume change,timely prediction of blowout and lost circulation.
