摘要
目的:比较以正己烷与石油醚为提取剂对八角茴香中不同成分脂肪酸提取含量的影响。方法:采用热回流法制定不同提取工艺条件,在确定最佳提取工艺条件下获得样品Ⅰ与Ⅱ两种提取物,后采用气相色谱仪检测2种提取物中4种主要脂肪酸的含量。结果:经检测,样品Ⅱ中亚油酸和硬脂酸含量高于样品Ⅰ,而油酸和棕榈酸含量则低于样品Ⅰ。结论:说明两种不同的溶剂对不同的脂肪酸提取效率不同,正己烷作为提取剂更有利于提取油酸和棕榈酸,石油醚作为提取剂更有利于提取亚油酸和硬脂酸。
Objective:To compare the effects of n-hexane and petroleum ether as extractants on the content of different fatty acids extracted from Illiciun verum.Methods:The heat reflux method was used to establish different extraction conditions.Two kinds of extracts with different contents of fatty acids were obtained under the optimal extraction conditions.Then the contents of four main fatty acids in each extract of Illiciun verum were detected by gas chromatograph.Results:The content of linoleic acid and stearic acid in sample II was higher than that in sample I,while the content of oleic acid and palmitic acid were lower than that in sample I.Conclusion:The two solvents have different extraction efficiency for different fatty acids.N-hexane as extraction agent is more beneficial to the extraction of oleic acid and palmitic acid,while petroleum ether is more beneficial to extract linoleic acid and stearic acid.
