摘要
某选煤厂带式输送机的滚筒轴发生断裂故障。针对这一故障,对带式输送机滚筒轴进行了力学分析、有限元分析和金相组织观察,最终确认了滚筒轴断裂的原因。所做故障分析同时为带式输送机滚筒轴的设计与计算提供了参考。
A roller shaft fracture failure occurred in the belt conveyor of a certain coal preparation plant.In response to this failure,mechanical analysis,finite element analysis and metallographic observation of the roller shaft of the belt conveyor were carried out,and finally the cause of the roller shaft fracture failure was confirmed.At the same time,this failure analysis could provide a reference for the design and calculation of roller shaft of the belt conveyor.
