摘要
在新时代背景下,我国职业教育已取得显著成效,使高职院校逐渐成为推动我国教育国际化、教育现代化的中坚力量。其中校企合作模式是高职院校提升学生实践能力的关键渠道,是将职业教育融入社会发展过程的必然手段,同时也是缩短高职课堂教学与社会发展差距的重要举措。然而伴随校企合作模式在高职教育领域中的发展,相关教育问题日渐突出,已然制约了高职院校健康发展及人才培养的步伐。结合高职校企合作教育的基本理论与主要模式,探析校企合作的教育现状,提出相应的改革策略。
In the context of the new era,China's vocational education has made significant progress,and vocational colleges have gradually become the backbone of promoting the internationalization and modernization of education in China.The school and enterprise cooperation mode is a key channel for higher vocational colleges to improve students practical ability,an inevitable means to integrate vocational education into social development,and an important means to reduce the gap between higher vocational classroom teaching and social development.However,with the development of school and enterprise cooperation mode in the field of higher vocational education,the related education problems have become increasingly prominent,which has restricted the healthy development of higher vocational colleges and the pace of talent training.Based on the basic theory and main mode of school and enterprise cooperation education in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the current situation of school and enterprise cooperation education and puts forward corresponding reform strategies.
