摘要
Microglia are the main immune cells of the central nervous system that maintain normal neuronal functions.Microglial cells are also linked with major diseases in humans including neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’ s disease,stroke,epilepsy,and psychiatric diseases such as schizophrenia [1].Microglia perform surveillance of the brain microenvironment through their motile processes.
