摘要
在中国茶叶的发展历程中,曾出现过不计其数的名茶,但随着时间的推移,很多历史名茶衰落凋敝。本文探讨了信阳茶明清之际衰落凋敝的主要因素,特别是对当时淮上地区社会经济文化及政治等环境因素对茶产业发展的影响进行了综合分析,以期为今天信阳茶乃至中国传统名茶的复兴和发展提供借鉴。
In the long history of Chinese tea development,there have been countless famous teas,but with the passage of time,many historical famous teas declined.In this paper,the main factors of Xinyang tea’s decline during the Ming and Qing Dynasties were discussed,especially the influence of social,economic,cultural and political environmental factors on the development of tea industry in Huaishang area at that time was comprehensively analyzed,so as to provide reference for the revival and development of Xinyang tea and even Chinese traditional famous tea today.
