摘要
文章以江苏省农业科学院植物保护研究所(以下简称“植保所”)青年人才培养工作实践为例,梳理分析了目标定位不明确、实践能力不强等青年群体中客观存在的一些问题,从营造良好科研氛围、全面提供保障服务、健全科技服务长效机制等方面提出了促进青年科研人员成长的建议,以期为农业科研院所青年人才培养工作提供可鉴之资。
Taking the practice of young talent training in the Institute of Plant Protection of the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,problems that exist objectively in the youth group were listed in the paper,such as unclear target positioning and weak practical ability.Constructive suggestions were put forward from the aspects of creating a sound scientific research atmosphere,providing comprehensive security service,improving long-term mechanism of scientific and technological services in order to provide valuable references for the training of young talents in agricultural research institutes.
