摘要
北京市农业技术推广奖作为北京市政府对在农业技术推广、科技成果转化和产业化工作中作出突出贡献个人的唯一表彰奖项,在调动农业科技人员推广积极性,加速农业科技成果转化等方面发挥了重要作用。一项农技推广成果能否获奖,除受成果水平和推广规模等因素影响外,还与成果申报和推荐质量密切相关。文章对影响北京市农业技术推广奖成果质量的要素进行了分析,重点探讨了成果完成单位的准备工作、申报技巧和注意事项,以及成果推荐单位的推荐工作及注意事项等内容,以期为全面提升推广成果质量和获奖成功率提供借鉴和参考。
Agricultural Technology Promotion Award is the only award by the municipal government for individuals who have made outstanding contributions to agricultural technology promotion,transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industrialization.The Beijing Agricultural Technology Extension Award has played an important role in stimulating the enthusiasm of agricultural scientific and technological personnel to popularize and accelerating the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.Whether an agricultural extension achievement can win a prize is not only affected by its level and its popularization,but also closely related to the quality of declaration and recommendation.Factors affecting the quality of the achievements of Beijing agricultural technology extension awards were analyzed in the paper.The preparation work,application skills and precautions of achievement application units and recommendation units were mainly discussed,so as to provide references for comprehensively improving the quality of the achievements and the success rate of the awards.
