摘要
评估作为国家重点实验室管理的重要环节,对国家重点实验室发展起到积极的促进作用。经过近30年的发展,国家重点实验室评估工作不断完善,评估指标不断优化,得到实验室和科技界的广泛认可。对学科国家重点实验室评估程序、指标体系、组织方式等进行回顾,特别是对2014—2018年最近一轮国家重点实验室评估情况进行分析。在总结国家重点实验室评估工作经验的基础上,为新的评估规则制定提出建议。
As one of the important links of state key laboratory(SKL),evaluation play an important role in promoting the development of the SKLs.For nearly 30 years,the evaluation of SKL has been continuously improved which has been widely recognized by relevant laboratories and scientific community.The evaluation procedure,index system and organization mode of SKL were reviewed,and the situation of the evaluation of SKL from 2014 to 2018.was analyzed herein.The experience of evaluation of SKL was summarized.The relevant suggestions were made for drafting new evaluation rules of SKL.
