摘要
[目的/意义]分析华东地区科技协同创新发展现状,支撑华东地区科技协同创新体系建设和长三角一体化发展。[方法/过程]从信息论的观点,以华东地区2012—2019年申请发明专利为数据源,分析了华东地区企业、高校和科研院所的科技协同创新发展情况。[结果/结论]华东地区形成了较为稳定的产学研合作关系,“产研”和“学研”合作是产学研合作的主要模式,华东地区各个省份的科技协同创新能力提升方式不同。针对华东地区产学研协同创新存在的不足,也提出了若干对策。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyzes the current situation of scientific and technological collaborative innovation in eastern China to support the construction of scientific and technological collaborative innovation system in eastern China and the integrated development of the Yangtze river delta.[Method/process]From the perspective of information theory this paper analyzes the development of collaborative innovation of science and technology between industry university and research institutes in eastern China based on the application of invention patents in eastern China from 2012 to 2019.[Result/conclusion]There is a relatively stable industry university and research cooperation in eastern China the‘industry-university-research’and‘university-research’cooperation are the main cooperation modes and each province in eastern China has different way to improve its collaborative innovation ability.And some countermeasures for the deficiency of industry university and research collaborative innovation in eastern China is proposed.
