摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定谷物制品中18种真菌毒素的方法。样品经乙腈-水-甲酸(80∶19∶1,v/v/v)提取,10000 r/min离心5 min后取上清液氮气吹干,20%乙腈-水溶液定容后再次离心取上清液过0.22μm微孔滤膜上机测定,内标法定量。18种真菌毒素在各自的线性范围内线性关系良好,线性系数r均大于0.998,检出限和定量限分别为0.03~4μg/kg和0.25~15μg/kg,平均加标回收率为70.8%~111%,相对标准偏差为1.01%~13.8%。本方法前处理简单,具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和精密度,适用于谷物制品中多种真菌毒素的测定。
To establish a method for determination of 18 kinds of mycotoxins in cereal products by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile/water/formic acid(80:19:1,v/v/v).After centrifuged and concentrated,the residues were dissolved with 20%acetonitrile aqueous solution.Then centrifuged again and filtered with 0.22μm microfiltration membrane,and determined by UPLC-MS/MS.18 kinds of mycotoxins had good linear relationships in the certain correlation ranges with the coefficients all above 0.998.The limits of detection and the limits of quantification ranged from 0.03~4.00μg/kg and 0.25~15.00μg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of 18 kinds of mycotoxins at three spiked levels ranged in 70.8%~111.0%with relative standard deviations of 1.01%~13.8%.This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and suitable for the mycotoxins quantification in cereal products.
