摘要 随着城市化进程的加快和机动车保有量的提高,机动车尾气污染日益成为城市大气污染的主因之一。为有效改善城市大气污染情况,生态环境部门采用定期检验和遥感监测技术对机动车排放进行检测。在获得定期检验和遥测数据后,对海量数据进行有效地分析、管理和运用。必须建设机动车尾气监管和遥感监测平台,为生态环境部门治理机动车尾气污染提供数据支持和信息化支撑。 With the speeding up of urbanization and the improvement of motor vehicle ownership,motor vehicle exhaust pollution is increasingly becoming one of the main causes of urban air pollution,to effectively improve the urban air pollution,ecological environment department of motor vehicle emission testing by regular inspection and remote sensing monitoring technology,after the regular inspection and telemetry data obtained,the analysis of mass data effectively,management and use,building the motor vehicle exhaust regulation and remote sensing monitoring platform,to provide data for motor vehicle exhaust pollution to the ecological environment department of the support and information technology support.
