生物样品前处理技术在脂质分析中的应用

摘要 脂质是细胞膜的主要成分,参与多项生命活动,在生命体中发挥重要作用。越来越多的研究表明,一些重大疾病的发生发展以及药物作用机制与脂质的变化密切相关,因此脂质组学研究对理解疾病的发生机制和过程以及药效作用机制具有重要意义。由于生物样品的成分复杂,基质干扰严重,在脂质测定之前需对样品采取适当的前处理,以适应检测系统的要求,以得到最佳的分析性能。对多种生物样品前处理技术在脂质分析中的应用进行了综述,并对脂质组学样品的前处理技术进行了展望。 Lipids are the main components of cell membrane,participate in many life activities,and play an important role in life.More and more studies have shown that the occurrence and development of some major diseases are closely related to the changes of lipids,so lipidomics research is of great significance to understand the mechanism and process of disease occurrence and mechanism of drug action.However because of the complex composition of biological samples,in the process of lipid analysis,in order to obtain the best analytical performance,the samples usually needs to be pretreated.In this paper,we reviewed the sample pretreatment techniques in lipidomics analysis,including traditional extraction techniques and highly developed extraction techniques recently.In addition,the development of the sample preparation in lipidomics is also prospected.
