摘要
本文对芳烃加氢工艺与反应机理进行概述,讨论了当前柴油加氢脱芳催化剂的分类与性质。柴油加氢脱芳催化剂包括贵金属催化剂和非贵金属催化剂,实际生产中一般采用两段加氢工艺,把以上两种催化剂结合使用,以达到所需产品的标准。如何提高催化剂的抗硫性能,成为现今的研究重点,也是今后加氢脱芳烃催化剂的发展趋势。
Based on the overview of aromatics hydrogenation process and reaction mechanism,the classification and properties of catalysts for diesel oil hydrogenation and dearomatization were described in this paper.The actual production generally adopted the two-stage hydrogenation process,and the combination of the above two catalysts could reach the required product standard.How to improve the sulfur resistance of catalysts became the focus of current research,and was also the development trend of hydrogenation and aromatic dehydrogenation catalysts in the future.
