摘要
对228个石榴品种外观品质和内在品质指标进行统计分析,结果表明,各品种间的遗传变异较大。在果粒颜色、平均单果重、种仁软硬等方面存在比较丰富的遗传多样性;果实近圆球形、圆球形的品种数多,占81.7%;平均单果重200~500g的品种多,占80.1%,大于600g的较少;籽粒红色的品种最多,占78.0%,紫黑色的品种仅1份;百粒重30~60g的品种多,占80.8%,大于60g的品种占10.3%;果实可溶性固形物含量13%~17%的多,占87.0%,大于18%的品种占1.4%;果实甘甜~浓甜的占8.6%;硬籽品种多,占69.3%。石榴成熟期集中在9月上旬至10月上旬。育种工作者可根据现有品种的性状表现进行优良品种的选育。
The important characters of 228 pomegranate varieties were statistically analyzed.The results indicated that the genetic variation was large,and there were abundant genetic diversity in the characteristics of fruit color,average fruit weight and seed hardness.Additionally,the number of varieties with near-spherical and spherical shapes was the largest,accounting for 81.7%.Varieties with an average single fruit weight of 200~500g accounted for 80.1%,while those with an average single fruit weight of more than 600g was less.Moreover,varieties with red color grains were the most,accounting for 78.0%,while there was only one variety with dark-purple color grain.The weight of 100 grains was mainly 30 to 60g,accounting for 80.8%,and that of more than 60g accounted for only 10.3%.The soluble solids content in fruits was 13%~17%,accounting for 87.0%,those greater than 18%only accounted for 1.4%.The fruits described as sweet and thick sweet only accounted for 8.6%.The number of varieties with hard kernels was the most,accounting for 69.3%.The maturity of pomegranate was concentrated from early September to early October.It was suggested that the breeders should rationally formulate pomegranate breeding goals based on the existing varieties and breeding laws,as well as market needs. Also it is necessary to select and breed superior varieties.
