摘要
以陇藜1号为试验材料,设置6个温度梯度(5、10、15、20、25、30℃),研究不同温度对该品种种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,陇藜1号藜麦种子在5~30℃条件下均能发芽,随着温度的升高,种子起始萌发时间和发芽结束时间提前,种子的发芽率(GR)、发芽势(GE)、发芽指数(GI)、活力指数(VI)变化规律基本相同,25℃处理时种子发芽的各项指标最好,各处理间差异达极显著水平;种苗根的数量和长度及茎长随温度的升高而增加,生长速度也随温度的升高而加快;种子出苗率从高到低依次为25、20、30、15、10、5℃,各处理间除20与25℃处理差异不显著外,其他各处理间差异达极显著水平;成苗率和幼苗生物量(干重)以20℃处理最高。
The effects of different temperatures on germination of Chenopodium quinoa Willd.seeds and seedling growth were investigated by setting up six temperature gradients(5,10,15,20,25 and 30℃)with Longli 1 as the plant material.The results showed that the germination temperature range of C.quinoa seeds was between 5 and 30℃.In addition,with the increase of temperature,the starting and ending time of C.quinoa germination were advanced.However,the changes in the germination rate(GR),germination potential(GE),germination index(GI)and viability index(VI)were very similar.Moreover,the number and length of the seedling roots,the stem length and growth rate increased with the increase of temperature,but most indicators of seed germination in the treatment of 25℃were much better and reached a significant level compared to the other treatments.Furthermore,the seed germination rates in the temperature treatments of 20 and 25℃performed the best and reached extremely significant level when compared with other treatments,but there was no significant difference between treatment of 20 and 25℃.Seedling rate and seedling biomass(dry weight)were the highest at 20℃.
