摘要
编剧处于影视剧产业链的起始环节,其有关从业状况的自我认知对自身生产乃至整个产业的良性发展都有着重要影响。我国影视剧普通编剧对从业状况的自我认知有工作可替代性强、收入不稳定、创作面对两难困惑、因联合署名使自身权益受到侵犯、被污名化、维权难与工作投入没被完整认知等方面,而这些认知或完全或部分符合实际。
Screenwriting is the starting point of the film and television industry chain,and their selfcognition about their working conditions has a critical impact on their output and even the healthy development of the entire industry.Ordinary screenwriters of China's movies and TV plays have several self-recognitions of their working conditions:strong job substitutability,unstable income,dilemma and perplexity in creation,infringement of their rights and interests due to joint signature,stigmatization,difficulty in safeguarding rights,and incomplete cognition of work input,which are in full or partial accord with reality.
