大型高地隙喷雾机喷杆模态分析与试验

摘要 针对高地隙喷雾机在田间地面激励下喷杆振动大的问题,对悬浮挂接喷杆进行模态特性研究。通过Inventor建立喷杆三维模型,利用ANSYS Workbench对喷杆模型进行动力学模态仿真分析,得到各振动方向有效质量参与量0.85以上时,喷杆前60阶固有频率均在120 Hz以下,振型主要集中在垂直方向振荡和翻转。采用锤击法对喷杆进行动力学模态试验,对比仿真分析和试验结果得出:喷杆前10阶模态频率差均<7%,各阶振型对应的MAC均> 0.9,喷杆模态仿真模型正确和结果可信。研究结果可为喷杆振动特性和振动性能分析提供依据。 In order to analyze high vibration problem of boom of high ground clearance sprayer in field excitation,modal characteristics of suspension connecting boom were studied.3 D model of boom was established through Inventor,and dynamic modal simulation analysis of boom model was carried out through ANSYS Workbench.Simulation results showed that when effective mass participation in each vibration direction was above 0.85,the first 60 natural frequencies of boom were below 120 Hz,and main vibration modes focus on oscillating and flipping in vertical direction.Dynamic modal test was carried out on boom using hammering method.Results of simulation analysis and test were compared,it showed that frequency difference of first 10 modes of boom were both less than 7%,and MAC corresponding to vibration modes of each order were also greater than 0.9.It was explored that boom modal simulation model was correct and results were credible,it could provide a basis for boom vibration characteristics and vibration performance analysis.
