摘要
韭菜是我国广泛栽培的调味蔬菜及经济作物,种植范围广、适应性强且经济效益好,但其生产劳动强度大、生产效率低,亟需实现机械化生产。结合韭菜栽培模式,分析施肥整地、开沟播种、田间管理及收获处理等环节,明确韭菜生产状态及用工情况。基于机械化生产现状,论述韭菜播种及收获环节存在的问题,归纳机械化播种及收获技术特征,指出规范种植模式、改变生产观念、增加技术投入和提升机械化水平的研究策略。
Leek is an important leafy vegetable in China.It has a wide planting range,strong adaptability and good economic benefits,but high production labor intensity.It is urgent to realize mechanized production.Based on leek cultivation model,the key links of fertilization,land preparation,ditching,field management,and harvest processing,were analyzed to clarify production status and labor situation of leek.For current status of mechanized production,problems in the sowing and harvesting of leek were discussed,and the technical characteristics of mechanized sowing and harvesting were summarized.Research strategies of standardizing planting model,changing production concept,and improving level of mechanization were pointed out.
