摘要
气浮选工艺处理油田污水时,矿场实践反映出在程式化的运行模式下水质存在波动,即使部分污水处理系统形成较为灵活的运行参数调节模式,也是以有限的室内试验或现场试验为依据,尚未兼顾处理效果及来水水质特性变化而形成具有普适性的个性化运行方案。为此,利用多相流混合模型数值模拟描述了溶气释放压差、回流比、处理量及含聚质量浓度对沉降分离流场的影响及规律,定量揭示了不同因素对分离效果的影响,进而建立了含聚污水溶气气浮沉降分离技术界限关系。研究结果表明,低处理量、低含聚质量浓度污水以及适当增大溶气释放压差和回流比有益于构建更为稳定的沉降分离流场,获得更为均匀有序的油珠、悬浮物粒子运动轨迹,使连续均匀气泡相继产生并充分发挥浮选效应,且以含聚质量浓度的这种影响最为显著。确定含聚污水溶气气浮沉降分离工艺能够取得60%~65%除油率和30%~35%悬浮物去除率的基本条件为:含聚质量浓度300~450 mg/L、处理量100 m3/h左右、回流比25%左右、溶气释放压差0.3~0.6 MPa。研究结果为考虑水质特性改变的含聚污水溶气气浮沉降分离工艺运行模式构建及工艺设施结构优化提供了依据。
During the oilfield sewage treatment using air flotation process,the field practices show fluctuations of water quality in the programmed operation mode.Even some sewage treatment systems form a more flexible operation parameter adjustment mode,they are only based on limited indoor experiments or field tests,which has not yet taken into account the treatment effect and the change of inlet water quality characteristics to form a universally personalized operation plan.Aiming at the treatment process of dissolved air flotation settlement separation of polymer-flooding produced water,the multiphase flow mixing model is used to describe the influence of the dissolved gas release pressure difference,reflux ratio,treatment volume and polymer content on the settlement and separation flow field.The influence of different factors on the separation effect is quantitatively analyzed.The technology boundary relationship of the polymer-flooding produced water settlement separation with dissolved air flotation is es-tablished.The results show that low treatment volume and low polymer content of sewage,as well as appropriately increasing the pressure difference and reflux ratio of dissolved gas release are beneficial to construct a more stable settlement separation flow field,and obtain more uniform and orderly movement trajectory of oil droplets and suspended particles,which allows continuous and uniform bubbles to be produced successively and fully exerts the flotation effect.The influence of the polymer content is the most significant.The basic working conditions for the developed process to achieve 60%~65%oil removal rate and 30%~35%suspended solids removal rate are:polymer content 300~450 mg/L,treatment capacity about 100 m3/h,reflux ratio of about 25%,and dissolved gas release pressure difference of 0.3~0.6 MPa.The research results provide a basis for the construction of the operation mode and structure optimization of the dissolved air flotation settlement separation process for polymer-flooding produced water considerin
