摘要
传统的依靠柴油发电机驱动的压裂装备在页岩气开采过程中普遍存在生产效率低、施工成本高、产生噪声大及排放废气污染环境的现象。为了满足我国对页岩气开采的“高压力、大排量、大功率、绿色智能化”的压裂工艺要求,研制了5500HP大功率变频电驱压裂系统。介绍了电驱压裂系统的拓扑结构及原理,通过搭建电驱压裂系统仿真模型并进行试验,指出将24脉波整流技术应用到大功率变频电驱压裂系统中可有效降低网侧电流谐波畸变率,减小电驱压裂装备对公用电网的污染,并能减小直流侧电压的纹波脉动,充分体现了将24脉波整流电路应用在电驱压裂系统的可行性及有效性。5500HP大功率变频电驱压裂系统经过现场实际运行测试,网侧谐波含量均能被控制在5%以内,满足IEEE 519—2014等标准的谐波要求。该变频电驱压裂系统同时还具有单机大马力、零排放、噪声小以及维护成本低等特点,为我国油田页岩气安全、绿色及高效开采提供了理想的装备。
Traditional fracturing equipment driven by diesel generators generally suffers from low efficiency,high cost,high noise and environmental pollution caused by exhaust gas.In order to meet the“high pressure,large displacement,high power,green and intelligent”fracturing process requirements for shale gas development in our country,a 5500HP high-power electric drive variable frequency fracturing system has been developed.The topological structure and principle of the electric drive fracturing system are introduced.By building a simulation model of the electric drive fracturing system and conducting tests,it is proposed that the application of the 24-pulse rectification technology to the high-power electric drive fracturing system can effectively reduce the harmonic wave distortion rate of grid current,reduces the pollution of the electric drive fracturing equipment to the public grid,and can reduce the ripple wave pulsation of the DC side voltage,which fully reflects the feasibility and effectiveness of applying the 24-pulse rectifier circuit to the electric drive fracturing system.The high-power electric drive variable frequency fracturing system also has the characteristics of single unit high horsepower,zero emission,low noise and low maintenance cost,which provides ideal equipment for the safe,green and efficient exploitation of shale gas in our country’s oilfields.
