某新能源卡车空调机组的模态及谐响应分析

摘要 利用HyperWorks大型商用仿真平台建立某新能源卡车空调机组有限元模型。首先对其进行了模态分析,得到机组的固有频率、阵型及云图,然后按照车用空调标准的振动试验要求对该机组进行了谐响应分析,通过分析考察机组受力情况,验证设计方案是否满足要求,并为空调机组设计提供了理论依据。 For an air conditioning unit of a new energy truck,HyperWorks software was used to conduct FEA model for the unit.Firstly,the modal analysis was carried out to obtain the natural frequency,formation and cloud image of the unit,and then the harmonic response analysis is carried out according to the vibration test requirements specified in the standard of automotive air conditioning.Through analyzing and investigating the force of the unit,the design scheme is verified to meet the requirements,and the theoretical basis is provided for the design of the air conditioning unit.
