摘要
随着社会发展脚步的逐渐加快,土木工程建设的规模和数量都越来越大,在进度管理方面所暴露出的问题也越来越多,由于无法对整个项目进行全方位的管理,采取的管理理念过于老化,使得土木工程施工进度很难得到合理的控制。因此,相关工作人员必须加大对土木工程进度的管理力度,仔细分析有可能影响施工进度的原因,然后采取有针对性的解决措施,尽量消除影响施工进度的因素,保证土建工程能够在施工合同规定的周期内得以完成。
With the gradual acceleration of social development, the scale and quantity of civil engineering construction are increasing, and there are more and more problems exposed in the progress management. The whole project cannot be fully managed, and the management concept adopted is too old. Thus, it is difficult to take the construction progress of civil engineering under reasonable control. Therefore, relevant staff must strengthen the management of civil engineering progress, carefully analyze the reasons that may affect the construction progress, and then take targeted solutions to eliminate the factors that affect the construction progress as far as possible, so as to ensure that the civil engineering can be completed within the period specified in the construction contract.
