摘要
循证实践方案是循证实践活动中的核心,是基于最佳证据所形成的指导循证实践变革的依据。由于证据种类及数量繁多,且质量参差不齐,在开展循证实践项目,制定临床方案时应该检索哪类证据以及如何使用不同类型的证据将其纳入方案便成为困扰用证者的主要问题。本文将根据我院近些年开展循证实践项目的经验,结合实际范例对临床实践方案制定中不同级别证据综合的方法学进行探讨,以期为学者开展相应研究时提供参考。
Evidence-based Clinical Protocol,the core of evidence-based clinical program,is the guide to the reform of evidence-based practice.The main problem needed to be resolved urgently for users of evidence is which type of evidence should be retrieved and how to integrate different types of evidence into the protocol due to the wide variety and the uneven quality of evidence.Given that,this paper explored to solve this problem on the basis of experience in carrying out several evidence-based practice programs which is based on internationally known evidence-based practice model,in order to provide references for the reasonable synthesis and scientific use of evidence.
