摘要
村卫生室在县域医共体互动体系中扮演平台托底角色,在保障农村居民身心健康上发挥着重要作用。为了解江苏省县域医共体试点村卫生室服务能力及发展状况,以溧阳市某村卫生室为主要研究对象,采用半结构式访谈法、个案分析法和归纳总结法,在分析说明溧阳市村卫生室服务能力现状的基础上,发现目前仍存在医疗可及性欠缺、服务可选性较弱、药品种类不足和技术水平不高等问题。并针对这些问题提出四点参考性建议:一是加快农村信息化进程,改善医疗服务可及性;二是加大政府财政投入力度,丰富服务供给内容;三是依据国家基本药物制度,补足基本药物种类;四是巩固夯实卫生人才队伍,提升医疗救治能力。
The village clinic plays a platform role in the county medical community interaction system,and plays an important role in ensuring the physical and mental health of rural farmers.In order to understand the service capacity and development status of the clinics in the county-level medical community of Jiangsu Province,a village clinic in Liyang is the main research object.The semi-structured interview method,case analysis method and summary method are used to analyze and explain the village in Liyang.Based on the current status of the service capacity of the clinic,it is found that there are still problems such as lack of medical acces⁃sibility,weak service selectivity,insufficient drug types and low technical level.Regarding these issues,the following four recommen⁃dations are proposed:First,accelerate the process of rural informatization and improve the accessibility of medical services;second,in⁃crease the government’s financial investment and enrich the content of service supply;third,supplement the types of essential drugs according to the national essential medicine system;fourth,consolidate the team of health talents and enhance medical treatment capabilities.
