应用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建药学人员科研能力评价体系 被引量:9

摘要 目的构建医院药学人员科研能力评价体系,为促进药学学科建设提供参考。方法通过文献研究法(检索时间为2014年1月至2018年7月)、头脑风暴法、德尔菲法确定评价体系基本框架,采用层次分析法,通过两两比较,构建判断矩阵,计算出各指标权重系数并进行一致性检验。结果构建了包括基本素质、学术技术、科研成果、荣誉奖励4项一级指标,综合能力等17项二级指标,科研思维能力等62项三级指标的药学人员科研能力评价体系。"科研成果"相对权重为0.406,位居一级指标首位,表明其是该评价体系的核心指标。科学技术奖-国家级"组合权重值为0.097,位居首位,"知识结构-(临床)药学专业知识"组合权重值为0.031,排名较前,反映了医改新形势下医院药学部门人才培养的侧重点。结论该指标体系较全面、客观,可用于医院药学人员科研能力考核评价,有助于提高药学人员专业素质和科研水平,优化药学学科科研产出。 Objective To construct a evaluation system for pharmacist’s scientific research ability in hospital,providing reference for pharmaceutical discipline construction.MethodsThe basic framework of evaluation system was determined by references research(the timeline of retrieval was between Jan.2014 and Jul.2017),brainstorming and Delphi Methods.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),with pair comparison to construct judging matrix,then compute the weighting factor of each indicator and testing its consistency.ResultsThe evaluation system for pharmacist’s scientific research ability has been constructed,including 4 firstlevel indicators:basic quality,academic technology,scientific achievements and honor reward;17 second-level indicators for comprehensive capacity;62 third-level indicators for scientific research thinking ability.Scientific achievement’s relative weighting factor was 0.406,placed at the primacy of the first-level indicators,indicating that it was the core indicator in the evaluation system.Science and technology–national level reward was 0.097 in combination weighting factors,occupying the first place,and structure of knowledge-pharamarcy expert knowledge was 0.031,this combination weighting factor ranked relative front reflecting the point of people training in hospital’s pharamacy department under the new medical reform situation.ConclusionsThis evaluation system is relatively comprehensive and objective,and it can be used to evaluate the scientific research ability of pharmacists in hospital,which is helpful to improve professional quality,promote research level and optimize scientific research output of pharmacy.
