建立幽门螺杆菌感染动物模型需考虑的因素 被引量:2

摘要 幽门螺杆菌感染具有普遍性和长期性,感染后若不治疗,将持续存在并对胃的生理造成影响,从而引发各种疾病。目前幽门螺杆菌治疗主要以抗生素为主,随着耐药率上升,疫苗成为理想的对抗手段。在幽门螺杆菌疫苗的研究工程中,动物模型的建立至关重要。本文通过查阅文献,简要综述幽门螺杆菌感染模型建立需考虑的因素,根据菌株特性确定感染使用的菌株,再根据菌株确定动物种属,然后再细化感染细节,从而使模型更接近于人类感染情况,才能进一步验证疫苗的安全性和有效性,促进幽门螺杆菌疫苗的研发。 Helicobacter pyloriinfection has the characteristics of universal and chronic. If no treatment is taken after infection, it will persist and affect the physiology of the stomach, thus causing various diseases. At present,Helicobacter pylori treatment is mainly based on antibiotics. With the increase of drug resistance rate, vaccination has become an ideal countermeasure. The establishment of animal models is very important in the research of Helicobacter pylori vaccine. This article briefly reviews the factors which should be considered in the animal model of Helicobacter pylori infection, including bacteria strain and the animal species. At last, we should refine the details of infection, so that the model which can be used to further verify the vaccine safety and effectiveness is more close to human infections, and then promote Helicobacter pylori vaccine research and development.
