摘要
阐述了永兴冰糖橙产业发展的现状,总结了产业发展过程中的成功经验,分析指出永兴冰糖橙产业发展存在群众性普选工作欠缺,品种更新升级慢;种苗指导定价偏低,限制现代种业的发展;果园管理比较落后,产品难以满足市场需求;黄龙病管控意识不强,防控资金压力较大;采后商品化处理能力低,品牌意识不强;科研机构缺位,服务体系不健全;市场体系不完善,品牌管理不规范等问题,提出了加强领导,理顺管理体制;把握重点,建设好四大项目;强化保障,加强四大体系建设等促进永兴冰糖橙产业进一步发展的建议。
‘Bingtang’orange(Citrus sinensis)is a local cultivar of Hunan Province with independent intellectual property,which has been cultivated for above 40 years in Yongxing County,Hunan Province.This paper has analyzed the development situation of Yongxing‘Bingtang’orange industry,concluded the main experiences favorable to the industry development,and pointed out that it is failure to fully promote the technique of bud mutation breeding among fruit growers,resulting in slow update and upgrade of orange varieties;seedling prices are low,slowing the development of modern orange industry;the backward management of orchards makes fruit qulity difficult to meet the demand of the market;the consciousness of HLB disease control is not strong,increasing the pressure of funds used in disease control;the low ability of fruit postharvest handling has hindered the forming of brand consciousness;scientific research institutions are absent and the service system is in incomplete state;the market system is imperfect,and brand management is not standardized.Based on the above mentioned,this paper has proposed some strategies to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Yongxing‘Bingtang’orange industry,such as making management in order by strengthening the leadership,constructing four projects by focusing on key points,strengthening four systems construction by the enhancement of guarantee,etc.
