摘要
大西洋金黄水母是水族馆常见的观赏水母,为了更好地掌握其生活习性,提高饲养效率,用福林-酚法测定了5个温度梯度下胃丝内蛋白酶的活力。结果表明:蛋白酶的活性明显受温度和pH值的影响,蛋白酶在25℃~60℃以及pH值6.5~9.5条件下均具有较高的酶活力,最适温度为50℃,最适pH值为8.5。将试验结果与实际饲养条件进行了对比,分析讨论了饲养温度及pH值对大西洋金黄水母胃丝蛋白酶活力的影响。
Chrysaora quinquecirrha is a very popular ornamental jellyfish in aquariums.In order to recover their living habits and improve feeding efficiency,the authors measured the activity of protease in gastric cirrum under five temperatures and seven pH values using Folin-phenol method.The results showed that the activity of protease was significantly influenced by temperature and pH.The protease showed relatively high activities at 25℃~60℃and pH 6.5~9.5.The optimum temperature and pH for protease in the gastric cirrum of Chrysaora quinquecirrha was 50°C and 8.5,respectively.The experimental results were compared with the actual feeding conditions,and the effects of temperature and pH on the digestive absorption capacity of Chrysaora quinquecirrha were analyzed and discussed.
