摘要
随着计算机和大数据的迅速发展,对应用型高校计算机专业的人才培养提出了更高的要求,使得教师面临着更大的挑战,同时,受新型冠状病毒肺炎影响,对高校教师的教育教学能力的提升既是挑战也是机会。本文从高校和教师的不同角度分析,探索了高校计算机专业教师教育教学能力提升的有效途径,提升高校教师的整体素质和竞争力,使计算机专业教师能够准确把握计算机行业对应用型本科人才需求,培养出更加符合社会需求的计算机应用型人才。
With the rapid development of computer and big data,higher requirements are put forward for the training of computer professionals in Applied University,which makes teachers face greater challenges.At the same time,ifluenced by the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),it’s also an opportunity and challenge for teachers to improve their teaching capablility.This paper analyzes from different perspectives of colleges and yong computer teachers,and explores effective ways to improve the yong computer teachers’teaching capablility,so as to improve the overall quality and competitiveness of college teachers.So that the computer professional teachers can accurately grasp the needs of the computer industry for application-oriented undergraduate talents,hoping to traine more computer application-oriented talents in line with social needs.
