摘要
针对电机和水泵关键部位的温度监测缺失的实际情况,研究解决方案。设计了一种基于数传电台与RTU的无线测温系统。应用智能无线数传机(E800和2510),通过温度测量电路、复位电路等关键电路的设计,实现对电机、水泵重要点位温度的实时监测。系统的持续性和稳定性在实际应用中得到验证,在电气设备的远程、集中监控管理有较大的应用价值。
To solve the problem of lacking temperature monitoring in the key parts of motor and water pump,a wireless temperature measurement system based on digital radio and RTU is designed.By using intelligent wireless data transmission devices(E800 and 2510),the temperature measurement circuit,reset circuit and other key circuits were de⁃signed to realize the real-time monitoring of the important spot temperature of motor and water pump.The continuity and stability of the system have been verified in practical appli⁃cation,which has great application value in remote and centralized monitoring and manage⁃ment of electrical equipment.
