基于3D打印的医学三维重构软件系统的精度研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究Arigin 3D Pro医学三维重构软件的精度和稳定性,制作3种形状的CT体模和球形的MRI体模作为实体模型。选取3种CT设备和1种MRI设备对制作的实体模型进行数据扫描,选择重构经验不同的3名操作者使用Arigin 3D Pro医学三维重构软件进行重构,每次重构均使用Geomagic Wrap测量3次参数,并用游标卡尺测量实体模型参数。结果表明,重构的三维模型与实体模型的相对误差占实体模型的0.09%~1.28%,该软件可对不同品牌的CT、MRI扫描数据进行处理,一致性指标ICC为0.930,具有通用性。同一操作者多次重构相同模型的组内误差占实体模型的0.56%~0.82%,不同操作者重构的三维模型存在组间差异,重构经验越少,差异越大。通过Catphan体模对Arigin 3D Pro医学三维重构软件的定量评价,表明该软件重构的模型精度准确性较高,稳定性较好。 To study the precision and stability of the Arigin 3D Pro software,we produced three shapes CT phantom and spherical MRI phantom as solid models.3 different brands of CT equipment and 1 brand of MRI equipment were selected to scan the data.The vernier caliper was used to measure parameters corresponding to the solid model,and 3 operators with diffetent reconstruction experience were choosed for the model reconstruction,and Geomagic software was used to measure parameters three times for each reconstruction.Compared with the solid model,the 3D model with different reconstructed shapes had a small relative deviation,was 0.09%~1.28%of the solid model.The software was versatile and could process CT,MRI scan data of any brand,the consistency index ICC was 0.930.The intra group error of the same model reconstructed many times by the same operator was 0.56%~0.82%of the solid model.There were differences among the three-dimensional models reconstructed by different operators.The less experience of reconstruction,the greater the difference was.Using the phantom to evaluate the diagnostic image processing software quantitatively show that the model reconstructed by the software has higher accuracy and better stability.
