摘要
目的:探讨中药氤氲汤在排卵障碍性不孕临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2016年6月-2019年6月门诊收治的116例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各58例,观察组采用中药氤氲汤治疗,对照组采用西药枸橼酸氯米酚治疗,观察两组患者的治疗情况。结果:观察组排卵率(87.93%)、妊娠率(55.17%)、子宫内膜厚度[(8.39±1.72)mm]、排卵后黄体持续时间[(14.71±1.42)d]及基础体温高低温差[(0.47±0.06)℃]均优于对照组的70.69%、36.21%、(7.43±1.54)mm、(11.97±1.39)d、(0.39±0.06)℃,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药氤氲汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yinyun Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of ovulatory infertility.Method:A total of 116 patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility admitted to the outpatient department of the author’s hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 58 cases in each.The observation group was treated with Yinyun Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with western medicine Clomiphene Citrate.The treatment of the two groups was observed.Result:The ovulation rate(87.93%),pregnancy rate(55.17%),endometrial thickness[(8.39±1.72)mm],corpus luteum duration after ovulation[(14.71±1.42)d]and the basal body temperature high and low temperature[(0.47±0.06)℃]of the observation group were better than those in the control group[70.69%,36.21%,(7.43±1.54)mm,(11.97±1.39)d,(0.39±0.06)℃],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinyun Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating ovulatory infertility.
