摘要
目的:探讨Physio Touch淋巴回流促进治疗仪治疗肱骨远端骨折术后肿胀的临床效果,以探寻更有效、更方便、更实用的治疗方法。方法:选取60例肱骨远端骨折术后肿胀患者为研究对象,采用随机分组方法,分为干预组与对照组,各30例,对照组给予常规康复治疗,干预组在对照组基础上加用Physio Touch淋巴回流促进系统进行治疗,比较两组肌围度、疼痛、关节活动度改善情况。结果:治疗后两组肌围度差值、疼痛、关节活动度均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且干预组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Physio Touch淋巴回流促进治疗仪治疗肱骨远端骨折术后肿胀的效果显著,明显优于对照组。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Physio Touch Lymphatic Reflux Promoting Therapy Instrument in the treatment of postoperative swelling of distal humerus fractures,and to explore a more effective,more convenient and more practical treatment.Method:Sixty patients with postoperative swelling of distal humerus fractures were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group,with thirty patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation.While patients in the observational group were treated with Physio Touch lymphatic reflux promoting system on the basis of the control group.Circumference of muscle,pain,joint activity were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The circumference of muscle,pain,joint were improved after treatment in two groups(P<0.05),and the results of patients in the observational group were better than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Physio Touch Lymphatic Reflux Promoting Therapy Instrument is effective on postoperative swelling of distal humerus fractures.
