摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的黑色素瘤抗原A3 mRNA(MAGE-A3 mRNA)表达及其意义。方法应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)技术,检测80例NSCLC组织及其对应的癌旁组织中的MAGE-A3 mRNA表达水平,并分析不同病理学参数的患者组织中MAGE-A3 mRNA表达的差异。结果NSCLC组织中的MAGE-A3 mRNA表达水平显著高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同TNM分期、是否发生淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织中MAGE-A3 mRNA表达水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同年龄、性别、病理学类型、肿瘤分化程度、不同病灶直径、是否吸烟患者NSCLC组织中MAGE-A3 mRNA表达水平比较,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论NSCLC组织中的MAGE-A3 mRNA呈高表达,并且与TNM分期增高、发生淋巴结转移具有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of melanoma antigen A3 mRNA(MAGE-A3 mRNA)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues.Methods Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression of MAGE-A3 mRNA in 80 cases of NSCLC tissues and their corresponding adjacent tissues collected,and to analyze the patient tissues with different pathological parameters.Differences in MAGE-A3 mRNA expression.Results The expression level of MAGE-A3 mRNA in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The level of MAGE-A3 mRNA expression in NSCLC tissues with different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in MAGE-A3 mRNA expression levels among different ages,genders,pathological types,tumor differentiation,different lesion diameters,and whether NSCLC tissues were smoked.None of them were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The MAGE-A3 mRNA in NSCLC tissues is highly expressed and has a certain relationship with the increase of TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.
