摘要
目的:分析综合护理干预在全髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法:选择本院收治的116例接受全髋关节置换术的髋关节疾病患者为研究对象,分成常规组与综合组,给予两组常规护理与综合护理干预。结果:综合组压疮发生率及其他并发症发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05);综合组依从性及护理满意度均高于常规组(P<0.05);综合组下床活动时间及生活质量均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预用于全髋关节置换术,可减少压疮的形成,提升患者的依从性水平,促使其尽快恢复正常活动功能。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in total hip replacement.Method:A total of 116 patients with total hip arthroplasty in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups:conventional group and comprehensive group.Result:The incidence of pressure sore and other complications in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).The compliance and nursing satisfaction in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed activity and quality of life in the comprehensive group were better than those in the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in total hip replacement can reduce the formation of pressure sore,improve the compliance level of patients,and promote their normal activity function as soon as possible.
