摘要
目的:探究前列腺增生合并膀胱结石同期手术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的50例前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组25例,对照组行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合气压弹道碎石术治疗,试验组行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合钬激光碎石术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、取石时间、留置尿管时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组膀胱冲洗时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组IPSS评分为(2.98±0.77)分,低于对照组的(3.62±0.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合钬激光碎石术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石,患者手术相关指标及国际前列腺症状评分优,并发症发生率低,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of simultaneous operation on prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones.Method:From January 2015 to January 2019,50 patients with hyperplasia of prostate and bladder stones admitted to the author’s hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 25 cases in each group,the control group was treated with transurethral resection of prostate and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,and the experimental group was treated with transurethral resection of prostate and holmium laser lithotripsy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,lithotomy time and indwelling catheter time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),there was no significant difference in bladder irrigation time between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the IPSS score of the experimental group was (2.98±0.77) points,which was lower than (3.62±0.65) points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 4.00%,lower than 24.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasma resection of prostate combined with holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones,the operation related indicators and the international prostate symptom score are excellent,and the incidence of complications is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
