摘要
随着经济及建筑技术的不断发展,我国高层建筑的数量不断增多,难以避免地存在着较多的火灾安全隐患,而且一旦突发火灾,火势蔓延速度快,人员疏散及灭火工作难度极大,极易引起巨大的人员及经济损失,所以合理有效的应急决策十分重要。本文针对高层建筑突发火灾应急决策展开研究,对高层建筑突发火灾的特点进行分析,对目前应急措施制定中遇到的问题进行调查整理,提出了有效应对措施,以期为未来高层建筑突发火灾时能够最短时间内做出有效应急决策提供理论基础。
With the continuous development of economy and building technology, the number of high-rise buildings in our country is increasing, and there are many hidden dangers in fire safety that can’t be avoided. Once a fire breaks out, it will spread quickly. It is difficult to do personnel evacuation and fire fighting work, and it is easy to cause huge personnel and economic losses. Thus, reasonable and effective emergency decision-making is very important. This paper studies the emergency decision-making of high-rise building fire. First of all, the paper analyzes the characteristics of high-rise building fire emergency, investigates and sorts out the problems encountered in the formulation of current emergency measures, and puts forward relevant effective countermeasures, in order to provide theoretical basis for making effective emergency decision in the shortest time when high-rise building fire emergency occurs in the future.
