摘要
目的:观察肌内效贴治疗轻中度腕管综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年12月~2019年6月在本院康复科就诊的60例轻中度腕管综合征患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均予常规口服甲钴胺、维生素B1治疗,并给予腕管综合征健康教育宣教,包括纠正不良生活工作习惯、避免手部腕部过度用力等;治疗组加用肌内效贴治疗,治疗30天后比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后电生理参数、VAS评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中指-腕正中神经感觉动作电位(SNAP)波幅、中指-腕正中神经感觉传导速度(SCV)、正中神经远端运动潜伏时(DML)、拇短展肌肌肉复合动作电位(CMAP)波幅均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均显著降低,且治疗组降低更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌内效贴治疗轻中度腕管综合征可进一步提高临床疗效,能够减轻疼痛,改善腕部症状和功能,并能明显改善患者的电生理参数。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Kinesio Taping on patients with mild to moderate carpaltunnel syndrome(CTS).Methods:60 patients with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome who were treated in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30cases).Both groups were given oral treatment of methylcobalamin and vitamin B1,and health education about carpal tunnel syndrome,including correcting bad living and working habits and avoiding excessive pressure on the wrist.The treatment group was treated with Kinesio Taping on the basis of control group.After 30 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,electrophysiological parameters and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than 73.68%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the middle finger-carpal sensory nerve action potential(SNAP)amplitude,middle finger-wrist median nerve sensory conduction velocity(SCV)and median nerve distal motor latency(DML),thumb short abductor muscle action potential(CMAP)amplitude are improved,and the treatment group is better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores were significantly decreased,and the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kinesio Taping on mild to moderate CTS can further improve the clinical efficacy,and can reduce the pain,improve the patient's wrist symptoms and functions,and significantly improve the electrophysiological parameters of patients.
