摘要
培养应用型人才是高职教育的基本定位。基于本土化理念,深入研究壮医药高职教育的发展需求,探索高职教育背景下壮医药人才培养模式,打造高职教育教学品牌,突出办校特色与优势,实现人才培养目的,推进壮医药人才培养进程。
Training applied talents is the orientation of talent training in higher vocational education.Based on the concept of localization,this article deeply studies the development needs of higher vocational education of Zhuang medicine,explores the training model of Zhuang medicine talents under the background of higher vocational education,creates the teaching brand of higher vocational education,highlights the characteristics and advantages of the school running,realizes the purpose of talent training,and promotes the training process of Zhuang medicine talents.
