摘要
植物病害标本制作在植物病理学实验课教学中至关重要。随着现代科学技术的不断发展,病害标本制作技术和方法越来越多元化,如电子标本和塑封标本的应用。然而在标本制作过程中,人们往往忽略了标本制作的美学效果与艺术效果,从而限制了标本应用的多功能化。针对这一问题,在植物病害的腊叶标本、塑封标本、液浸标本、玻片标本等制作过程中挖掘美学与艺术元素,制作成有欣赏价值的艺术品,不仅促进了标本质量的提高,而且提升了病害标本在植物病理学实验课教学中的作用,激发了学生学习兴趣。此外,拓展了将植物病害标本进行主题艺术展览的功能,充分发挥病害标本展览的科普和社会作用。
The preparation of plant disease specimens is very important in the teaching of Plant Pathology Experiments.With the rapidly development of science and technology,the techniques and methods of disease specimen preparation are becoming more and more diversified,such as the application of electronic specimens and plastic specimens are becoming more and more common.However,in the process of specimen preparation,people often ignore the aesthetic and artistic effects of specimen preparation,which limits the multifunctional application of specimens.Aiming at this problem,this article explores the aesthetic and artistic elements in the production process of wax leaf specimens,plastic specimens,liquid immersion specimens,and slide specimens of plant diseases.This not only promotes the quality of specimens,but also enhances the role of disease specimens in the teaching of Plant Pathology Experiments and stimulates students'interest in the course.In addition,we expand the function of plant disease specimens in themed art exhibitions,and give full play to the scientific and social role of the disease specimen exhibitions.
