农村高中留守学生教育机制创新的实践研究

摘要 随着社会的变革,农村普通高中的发展从注重规模的扩大化到重视教育质量的转变是面对时代发展做出的必然决定。在农村,高中留守学生是学校学生的重要部分,促进农村留守高中学生的学习和成长是高中学校教育中需要特别重视的问题。面对农村高中留守学生现状,学校教育思想的更新应该是首要问题,加强对高中留守学生的关注,了解其心理特征,合理设计丰富的教育方式。本文试图从分析留守学生的问题出发,深入分析造成此类问题的成因,探究在农村如何实现高中学生的教育机制。 With the change of society,the development of rural ordinary high schools from focusing on the expansion of scale to focusing on the transformation of education quality is an inevitable decision in the face of the development of the times.In rural areas,left-behind high school students are an important part of school students.Promoting the learning and growth of these students is a problem that needs special attention in high school education.Facing the status quo of left-behind students in rural high schools,the updating of school education should be the primary issue.It is proposed to pay more attention to left-behind students in high schools,understand their psychological characteristics,and rationally design rich educational methods.This article attempts to analyze the problems of left-behind students,deeply analyze the causes of such problems,and explore how to realize the educational mechanism of high school students in rural areas.
