摘要
随着我国城市化进程加快,人们对建筑业提出了更高的要求,装配式技术因其效率高、周期短、能耗低的施工特点而得到行业的重点关注。受制于预制混凝土面板的运输与连接等问题,装配式技术在道路施工中的运用不及桥梁与建筑结构中广泛。本文对装配式路面推广使用过程中面临的问题进行深入思考,就现有装配式路面设计、施工与养护流程提出优化方案,在充分发挥装配式技术优势的同时,对路面施工进行创新。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,people put forward higher requirements for the construction industry.The assembly technology has been highly concerned by the industry due to its construction characteristics of high efficiency,short cycle and low energy consumption.Due to the problems of transportation and connection of precast concrete panels,prefabricated technology has not been widely used in road construction as that in bridges and building structures.In this paper,the problems in the process of the popularization and use of prefabricated pavement are deeply considered,and the optimization scheme of the existing prefabricated pavement design,construction and maintenance process is put forward.It not only plays the technical advantages of prefabricated technology,but also innovates the pavement construction.
