摘要
目的探讨循证护理在异位妊娠患者护理中的应用效果。方法以我院妇产科收治的120例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,按照护理方式不同分为常规组和循证组,各60例。常规组采用常规护理,循证组在常规组基础上增加循证护理模式。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度、术后并发症发生率。结果护理后,循证组患者SAS、SDS评分的降低幅度明显大于常规组(P<0.05);循证组和常规组患者的护理满意度分别为98.33%和73.33%,循证组患者的护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05);循证组患者切口感染、神经损伤、脊柱不稳等术后并发症的发生率为3.33%,显著低于常规组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论循证护理对于异位妊娠患者的治疗和恢复具有良好的促进作用。
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into routine group and evidence-based group,with 60 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the routine group,while evidence-based nursing mode was added in the evidence-based group.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after intervention,nursing satisfaction and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the evidence-based group were significantly lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the evidence-based group and the routine group were 98.33%and 73.33%,respectively,and the nursing satisfaction of the evidence-based group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications such as incision infection,nerve injury,spinal instability in the evidence-based group was 3.33%,significantly lower than 20.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can promote the treatment and recovery of patients with ectopic pregnancy.
